We are sorry to hear that you did not complete the Skin application process. Drone Skins are fairly involved installs because of the comprehensive coverage and the complexity of the surfaces covered, and do require patience to put on; the end result is well worth the effort.
Coverage for each battery is a single Skin piece that goes onto the face of the battery. The other Skin pieces on that Skin sheet are supposed to go on the drone (eg, the pod edges) as per the install guide.Installation guides are provided for the Avata 2 Skin sets, but the other kits such as the Goggles should be pretty straightforward to get on.As per our correspondence, we will be shipping you a replacement Solid State White DJI Avata 2 Skin so that you can give this another go. We hope that the new set works better for you!

You placed your order on 22 Dec (Friday) and wrote to us on 24 Dec (Sunday, Christmas eve) asking whether it was possible to cancel the order as you did not want to wait up to 3 weeks for delivery. We replied within an hour, explained that while deliveries from USA to France can happen quickly in just 1+ week, it usually takes between 1 to 3 weeks, which was why we quoted the turnaround time as such. It can also potentially take longer if there is a delay - delays can happen, especially so at this time of the year because of the holidays and the volume of mail in the postal networks. You replied stating you would like to continue anyway. However, as you started that email with how disappointed you were, we misread it and assumed that you wanted to cancel, so we cancelled your order and processed a full refund by mistake, which was really too bad for us!
We're heartened to see in your email to us today that you are still keen in placing a new order despite your experience and we understand that you're worried about "waiting for the process" again. If you put through an order now, the package will ship in the next 1 to 2 days. This time is required to make the order. After which, the international postal mail turnaround time still applies. We cannot make the postal mail delivery magically happen more quickly, even though we wish we could.
If you are still keen, please put through the new order as soon as you can. It'll be processed asap, and after which, we have our fingers crossed for you with the hope that the package gets to you quickly.

We're sorry to hear about your negative experience. You have a "DJI Air 3". However, you purchased a Skin set for a "DJI Mavic 3". This is a different drone model and the Skin set will not fit. The product page states that this product will only fit a "DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 or Mavic 3 Classic".
We do accept returns of incorrect orders but as you've already peeled and used the Skin set, the product can no longer be returned back into its original form and is as such considered "damaged"; used Skins cannot be returned.
Skins are not available for the DJI Air 3 yet. Only the Air 1, Air 2 and Air 2S are supported at the moment.
We're sorry that this did not work out. We've raised a return request at the warehouse for the Skins that you've not used. We've also given you a massive discount coupon as a goodwill gesture but beyond this, we cannot accept the return of the drone Skin because the product is correct as per your order and you've used the product.

This was, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience!!!
The colours are nowhere near as bright as presented on either phone or webpage. When I advised customer service about how disappointed I was following an initial email, I did not receive a response.
A waste of $93 Aud.

Thank you for the feedback. We're sorry to hear that the Mamba DJI FPV Combo Skin was not bright enough to your liking. As per our email reply to you; Mamba does look darker compared to the other green ones.
Mamba is a geometric like design with dark pattern overlays. If you want a brighter design, please consider going for something like Venom or one of the solid colored designs without pattern overlays. Mamba is one of the darker ones - even Cybernetik (our current DJI FPV bestseller) looks brighter despite the extensive artwork and shadings all over it.
Our web images are generated from the same files that go into the printers and the colors are correct. However, how these images may appear differently depending on the screen calibration and display settings. For example, on Samsung phones in "Vivid" mode, the colors of images will appear much brighter but this because of the artificial boost of the screen colors. The "natural" mode will display more correct color rendering.

Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre les frais de 12 euros facturés par La Poste et les douanes françaises. Cette taxe était gonflée car elle était perçue par le facteur lors de la livraison du colis. Si vous effectuez le paiement de ces importations en ligne avant que votre facteur ne livre le colis, vos frais seront nettement inférieurs (environ 5 ou 6 euros).
Les produits vendus sur notre boutique en ligne n'incluent pas la TVA de l'UE ; nous ne facturons que le coût du produit et les frais d'expédition. La TVA correspond à la "consommation de biens et services dans un pays" et est prélevée par le bureau de douane du pays lors de l'importation du colis.

The "gaps" are normal and as per designed. The Skin was designed not to touch the edges on purpose as this ensures the longitivtiy of the Skin. Skins that are cut such that they reach the edges are much harder to apply as there is no margin for error and they may not stay on properly for long - such Skin edges will overhang if not applied with absolute robotic precision, will get caught up with use over time and are more likely to get lifted. This damages the Skin.
There is supposed to be a very tiny gap between each Skin piece and the edge of the surface as shown on the product photo; the Skin is to be applied such that the "gap" is equal all around the Skin piece (Skin centered on the surface).

iStyles/5I ordered the "War Light" skin for my DJI Mini 3 Pro drone and controller. I didn't realize there were so many stickers to it so it took some time to complete but I love the way it looks. Looks just the way the image does. I was concerned at first because it has an opening for the power button and "dji" lettering on the back, but it covers the battery power lights. When I was finished I popped the battery in to make sure there was no interference and I could see the green battery lights right through the skin. You do have to pay attention to the curves and angles of some of the stickers to figure out which direction they go but a little trial and error solves that. TO start I ordered the dji air 2s kit which comes with three battery skins as well as a extra skin for the battery which should of given me four battery skins but I only got three in total. Second I was very disappointed in the brightness of the colors. I ordered the skins to make it easier to see my drone as it was flown. But these skins are not vivid, they are very flat and ugly. We're sorry to hear that you did not like the Solid State Lime DJI Air 2S Skin. This Skin set comes with 3 battery Skins and as you purchased an additional battery Skin, there should indeed be 4 in total in your package. Three of the battery Skins (2 from the set and 1 from the extra) are available in separate Skin sheets and the 4th battery Skin is in the middle of the main drone Skin sheet with the other Skin pieces for the top of the drone; many people miss this!
This Skin set is a printed set with a "solid state lime" print. The lime color will improve the visibility of the drone in flight and is much more effective than the standard grey color of the drone surface. Many customers love it. However, as it's a printed color, there is a limit to how "bright" it can become and it will not be as vibrant as fluorescent materials. We no longer have fluorescent Skins but perhaps, another color, such as yellow, may be more to your liking.

Our products are made in the USA and ship freshly made directly from the production facility. We do not believe that there's anything similar or at the same quality level in the EU.
Import customs charge is effectively "VAT" and is already factored into the pricing of any other product that you purchase within the Netherlands. Products that are sold on our web store do not include this charge - we only bill for the cost of the product and the shipping cost. We bill shipping at its cost price. VAT is for the "consumption of goods and services within a country" and is levied by the customs office of some countries when the package is imported.
Tip: It may be possible for the charge to be much less if paid for online. But, the areas that are exposed are too many. The stickers are cut with too much margin and that makes them not fit very well. If you look from a distance everything seems correct, but if you look closely you see small bad details such as the corners lifting and peeling off, the areas where the sticker has to adapt to a curve do not fit and peel off. Also comment that there are several areas of the drone that are left without a sticker and it is ugly (the back legs, the loading area and sd card, the parts of the legs below.

These Skins will stick and generally outlast the lifespan of the device but this depends on the environmental factors that they're subjected to and how they were applied. Almost all (50 out of 52) of our Mini 2 Skin reviews were rated 5 stars; these customers would not have been happy if their Skin was peeling.
Our Skins come with a balanced adhesive that allows for easy application and goo-free removal. It is important that the Skin stays down and it is just as important that the Skin can be subsequently removed without damage to the drone. For example, if the Skin was "super glued" to the drone, it will stick well no matter the condition of the surface but it will not be removable.
The Skin adhesive does stick properly based on feedback from our other customers, but it is important to clean the device surface properly prior to Skin application. Drones in particular have to be cleaned well prior to Skin application because the surface can be dusty and oily, and this will adversely affect the ability of the Skin to stick properly.
Likewise, environmental factors, such as constant abrasion against the edge of the Skin, which is a similar action to peeling the Skin, and drone crashes, will inevitably result in the edge lifting. In addition, incorrect Skin positioning such that an edge overhangs the device edge will make these edges more vulnerable to peeling or damage. It's also possible the Skin adhesive might have been damaged during the Skin application process if you reapplied the Skin (peeling off and sticking again) too many times when positioning a piece.
The Skin was designed not to touch the surface edge on purpose as this ensures the longitivtiy of the Skin. Skins that are cut such that they reach the edges are much harder to apply as there is no margin for error and they may not stay on properly for long - such Skin edges will overhang if not applied with absolute robotic precision, will get caught up with use over time and are more likely to get lifted. This damages the Skin and will result in "corners lifting and peeling off".
There is supposed to be a very tiny gap between each Skin piece and the edge of the surface as shown on the product photo; the Skin is to be applied such that the "gap" is equal all around the Skin piece (Skin centered on the surface). If you pasted a Skin piece such that it is flush against one edge, this will result in more vulnerability at this Skin edge and a larger gap at the opposing edge.
Skin application on a drone can be complicated because of the extensive coverage and complex surfaces, especially so on curved surfaces. The Skin material is flexible and can adapt to curves, but it is very important that the surface is cleaned properly prior to application and the piece on the curved surface has to be pressed down hard.

There is not supposed to be any "overlap". The Skin pieces are such that they only stick on the device surface and are not meant to overlap. Overlapping edges will come off.
If you have overlapping edges, try gently peeling off the affected pieces and reapplying them such that the edges do not overlap. Not only are they not supposed to overlap, the pieces are supposed to be centered on the surfaces that they go onto, leaving an equal gap all around from the edge. If a Skin piece is positioned such that its edge is flush against the edge of the surface, this Skin edge will be more prone to lifting from wear and tear as it get caught up more easily.
We use a premium cast vinyl material that comes with a special weaved adhesive that allows for easy application and damage free removal. Unlike the thicker traditional vinyl used for other purposes such as car wraps, our vinyl is thinner and has less aggressive adhesive.
Thinner vinyls are more costly but they're less prone to shrinkage and can conform better to non-flat surfaces. They're also lighter, which is great for drones. The balanced adhesive allows for the vinyl to be subsequently removed with no damage to the device surface; it is just as important that the vinyl can be removed as it is that they say down. If a more aggressive adhesive like those in traditional vinyl was used, the vinyl will stick more strongly but may damage the device surface when peeled off.
If applied properly, these Skins usually outlast the lifespan of the device. Try repositioning the pieces with edges that are coming off such that the Skin edges do not overlap and are not flush against the surface edge. They should stay on better after.

EXO Heartbeat is a dark mesh like design with a slight tint of red. Perhaps, one of the other more vibrant designs may be more to your liking?
Each Skin piece is to be applied such that it's centered on the surface that it goes on. The gap size between the Skin and the edge should be the same all around the Skin. If you're sticking each piece flush to one edge, this will leave a huge gap at the other end of the Skin piece. If this was what you did, try gently peeling off each piece, reapply it such that it's centered and you'll find that the result looks much better.

I ordered the skins for my drone (and for a friend of mine). They had to be shipped to the Netherlands, but delivery was quite fast (2.5 weeks). Only downside was the extra customs fee I had to pay, but the amount wasn't that high.
The quality is great. Very nice prints and almost every part of the drone is covered. Sticks very well to the drone and easy to apply although you need a little patience with some of the decals.
The end result is absolutely pleasing and looks exactly like the picture shown in the webshop.

It took me 45 minutes to install complete skin to my inspire 2 drone, battery charging station, remote contoller with 2 extra battery.
Necessary holes are cut out perfectly.
Skin material is thick and nice.
Alignment is little tricky but all goes well.
I will recommend this product to other.

Thank you for the feedback. The Mavic Mini 2 batteries are not covered by the Skin because the battery is stored within the Mavic Mini 2. The printed Mavic Mini 2 Skin sets do come with bonus printed Skin pieces to different each battery (numbered 1 to 8) as you have noticed with your previous order but this is not possible with the Neon Fluorescent Yellow DJI Mavic Mini 2 Skin in this current order as the "Fluorescent" range is not printed - they use a special fluorescent vinyl that enhances the visibility of the drone but cannot be printed on.

Thank you for the feedback. Drone Skins such as these Mavic Air 2 Skins are a little more difficult to apply indeed because of the comprehensive Skin coverage and the complexity of the drone surfaces to be covered, but when applied properly, the result will be well worth the effort.
It is important to clean the drone surface properly prior to Skin application as any residue solvents or dirt (and drones can get rather messy from use) will affect the ability of the Skin to stick.
The Skin pieces are positioned on the Skin backing card in the same way that they go on the drone and we do hope to improve the instructions and/or layout to make the process more intuitive. The cut of this Solid State Lime DJI Mavic Air 2 Skin set is correct. Drone Skin sets are cut such that the pieces do not meet or touch the edge to ensure the longitivtiy of the Skin set. These tiny gaps are shown on the product images.
Skins that reach the edges do not stay on for long on drones. Such edges will get caught up as the drone is used (for example, when folded or when inserting/removing from a bag) and are more likely to get lifted. This damages the Skin. Imagine a perfectly fitting Skin with corners/edges that are slightly lifted and has a whole bunch of lint and hair sticking to it.
Our drone Skins are cut as such to ensure that the edges stay on well. It is important to apply the Skin pieces such that the Skin is centered on the surface that they go on, with equal distance/gaps between the Skin and the edges all around. If you're aligning the pieces such that they're flush against one edge, it will result in a huge gap on the other end of the Skin piece. The pieces have to be centered with an equal gap all around, equal distance from the edge all around.

We're sorry to hear about what happened to your Skin. These Skins will stick and generally outlast the lifespan of the device but this depends on the environmental factors that they're subjected to and how well they were applied.
Our Skins come with a balanced adhesive that allows for easy application and goo-free removal. It is important that the Skin stays down and it is just as important that the Skin can be subsequently removed without damage to the device. For example, if it's "super glued" to the device, it will stick well no matter the condition of the surface but it will not be removable.
The Skin adhesive will stick and generally outlasts the lifespan of the device, but it is important to clean the device surface properly prior to Skin application. Dones have to be cleaned well prior to Skin application because the surface can be fairly dirty (as it lands on different places, such as on the soil) and this will adversely affect the ability of the Skin to stick well.
Likewise, environmental factors, such as constant abrasion against the edge of the Skin, will inevitably result in the edge lifting. In addition, incorrect Skin positioning such that an edge overhangs the device edge will make these edges more vulnerable to peeling or damage. It's also possible the Skin adhesive might have been damaged during the Skin application process if you reapplied the Skin (peeling off and sticking again) too many times.
Bubbles under the Skin do not "keep returning" by themselves. If the Skin is sticking properly to the surface, it is impossible for air to enter. What probably happened was that you left air bubbles under the Skin during the Skin application and when the device is in use, the heat expands these bubbles and they "grow".
When applying the Skin, air bubbles will not get caught if the piece is pressed down from inside out, but if they do, it is important to press out all bubbles. These bubbles can be gently massaged out during Skin application thanks to the special weaved adhesive on the Skin. These bubbles have to be pushed to the edge such that the air escapes out of the Skin. It is not enough to simply press them down as that only compresses the air (the air is still there).

Naturally it takes a little time due to the pieces being small, with a bit of patience it soon comes together. It's worth noting each ticker is forgiving if you need to make a slight adjustment, you can peal it back and try again. Make sure your drone is clean, any particles that get caught under the skin show up once applied. I'm so happy with my skin it looks great. iStyles/5The quality of the decals is first class. They are a perfect fit and easy to reposition if necessary. I use a battery clip on my Spark and even had some left over bits to cover that also. I am hoping that the decals can be taken off and re applied as my Spark has developed a fault and is going back to DJI for repairs. I'm already thinking about buying another kit just in case I want to change up the appearance. iStyle skins are the bomb! One critique though. Some instructions would be great. Your package was shipped on 11 August and took slightly less than 2 weeks to arrive at your address in Indonesia and that's pretty good as the Indonesian postal service used to be rather slow for large packages. International postal mail deliveries can take just 1+ week but it usually takes between 1 to 3 weeks.
There's a faster shipping option (UPS Express) that can be selected in "Shipping Method" at checkout - UPS can get the package to international destinations in a week and comes with detailed international package tracking but they cost significantly more. We'll recommend going for international postal mail as they work well, unless you need the package urgently and don't mind the cost of UPS.

Well I ordered from the UK so Initially I was a bit sceptical about delivery times and delivery charges etc. However with the sticker skins being essentially a letter delivery equivalent neither of these usual issues are a problem. It took about 4 days for the delivery in all cases.
So I ordered firstly a set of skins for my DJI Mavic which were very nice looking in terms of colour richness, texture and detail. The stickers weren't too sticky so if I had ill placed a sticker I could remove it easily and reapply it, however they had enough repeat tack to stay on with out ever coming off. They also undoubtedly protect the drone from being scratched as it has a sponge like give to it when you press your nail into it. But most importantly, the sticker pieces were cut to the rite shapes and sizes so there was very little of the original plastic showing on the drone.
Secondly I ordered a set of skins for 2 mobile phones, they were very beautiful and again fit the respective devices very well.
All in all a good company, with good delivery service and good products.

iStyles/5This is the second skin I have purchased ,this was for the Mavic Pro It was of good quality and easy to apply .One word of warning ,when fitting it around engine mounts be carefull that none of the skin sticks on the rotating motors even the tinyest bit can stop the motors rotating resulting in failure of the motorP. No worries about the Skin affecting the motor in any way - the leg Skins have to be pasted way off before they touch the motor. The Skin is not going to touch the motor even if it's slightly misaligned.

The Skins are made in the USA and ship directly from the production facility. A delivery to an international address usually happens within 1 to 3 weeks but Australia Post in particular is overwhelmed at this time of the year as they are taking a very long time to route packages to some of our Australian customers. Your package was shipped on 6 December and took about 3 1/2 weeks to arrive. The huge volume of mails in their network and the year end holidays resulted in the delay in routing.
We wish we can make these deliveries happen more quickly but they're dependent on the postal services. We're glad that the package arrived safely in the end and we hope you like the World of Soap DJI Phantom 3 Standard Skin.

What I received in the mail is exactly what I expected when I ordered. The bonus to this is it was at a good price and it came very quickly. The email from iStyles said it would be 3 to 5 business days. It arrived in 2 business days. I cannot recommend this merchant high enough.
